I research and compare dozens of options for a given corner of the home, weigh the specs and the real reviews, and point you to what I'd actually put in my own cart. I compare — I don't run a testing lab, and I'll never claim I did. No filler, no padding: if a piece doesn't look more expensive than it costs, it doesn't make the cut.
